Search and Filter Help
The following filter and search information is to help you make best use of the search facilities available on the calendar. This will help you find events specific to your interests.
Use the highlighted Icon to change between the different Calendar Display Views. These are:
- Agenda – very useful for search result display
- Month – shows the calendar in a month view
- Week – shows the calendar in a week view!
Clicking on the Filter Icon will show the Drop Down menus for Calendar Type, Category, Organiser (not consistently in use) and Location. (Featured also not currently in use)
The empty squares indicate that there are no categories selected – click on all the categories that are of interest you. An event may have more than one category associated with it. The Category and Location drop down currently have all options selected by default, click on an option to remove it from the search. Don’t forget to scroll through the list.
Hover over the month or the year and a drop down menu will appear to allow you to select a different month or year.
This will show a number if there are any events taking place today.
